By accessing TabMemory and installing our Chrome extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the service.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. TabMemory cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
3. Pro Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel at any time through your dashboard settings. No refunds are provided for partial months of service upon cancellation.
4. Prohibited Uses
You may not use TabMemory for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and defined in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
